WE NEED A TREATMENT COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR DENTAL FAMILY!!!

We have an amazing team in our Boynton Beach location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Friday! MONTHLY CASH BONUS OPPORTUNITY FROM DAY ONE! We are seeking a dental receptionist who holds that same value and wants to help our dental clinic serve our patients more efficiently and more compassionately. The ideal dental receptionist candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. He or she will take over all front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering the phones, addressing patient concerns, collecting copays and past due balances, and providing first in class patient care. A Patient Coordinator needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Patient Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create, establish, and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
  • Respond to patients’ needs and manage billing systems.
  • Greet and serve all patients as they arrive.
  • Motivate office personnel to serve patients.
  • Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims.
  • Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance.
  • Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked.

Patient Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma required
  • Fluent Spanish speaking required
  • Dental experience preferred
  • Dental assisting skills a plus
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent computer and typing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
